About 

In 2012, New Roads Coaching was established. It was the outcome of a fusion of several ideas about  coaching
entrepreneurs and artists. 
In these challenging and competitive times, where governments and businesses daily advertise
some new cut downs, the concept of combining the creative and business, appears to hold 
the answers for the challenges we face.

Lennard van den Berg, both founder and coach, is due to his study Public Administration
(university of Leiden/Erasmus), and his years working as a professional in the Banking and
Insurance Sector (ABN AMRO and ING) very well equipped to comprehend and tackle the questions
of professionals.
As a coach, Lennard has worked for many years in the creative industry for the Dutch government.
Amongst others, he has been commissioned by the Municipality of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem,
Hilversum and Arnhem.
